What does Brikon’s AI agent do?

It reads your floor plate, drafts a brief of what fits and pushes back when the program is too large. It then proposes three planning strategies, lays out the one you pick by your design rules and tells you what didn’t fit. You can edit the result by hand or ask for another option.

Do I need CAD skills?

No. Describe the requirements in plain language, then refine the draft in Brikon’s visual editor.

Can I start from a PDF instead of CAD?

Yes. Brikon accepts PDF, images, SVG, DXF and DWG. You can also draw a floor plate on a blank canvas.

Can I change the AI-generated layout?

Yes. Revise the brief and generate another draft, or move rooms yourself. Suggestions do not replace your edits unless you apply them.

How long does an office test fit take?

A first draft typically takes 5–10 minutes. You can compare up to three options and export proposal materials in under an hour.

Are layouts based on my actual floor and brief?

Yes. Brikon plans against the floor plate and requirements you provide. You can resolve trade-offs and edit every draft.

Can I use Brikon through Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Brikon supports MCP-compatible clients, including Claude and ChatGPT. The connection is included during beta.

Can I bring my own model or API key?

Not currently. Brikon provides the AI used for planning as part of your beta account.

Can I import and export CAD?

Yes. Import and export DXF and DWG. You can also start from PDF, SVG or image files and export drawings and images.

Can my architect continue working from the export?

Brikon exports layered DXF and DWG geometry for professional review and further development. The output is a test fit, not construction documentation.

Can I use the output in a client proposal?

Yes. Export a dimensioned test fit, room schedule and written report to present as an option. It is not a construction drawing.

Can Brikon plan around columns and irregular floor plates?

Yes. Include boundaries, cores, columns and blocked areas in the plate so the draft accounts for them.

Does Brikon show a 3D view?

Yes. Open the plan in 3D, walk the floor and look into each room, then share it with your client. It is not a photorealistic render.

How is my data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to your account.

Do you use my plans to train AI models?

No. Brikon does not use your drawings, briefs or client data to train models.

What happens to uploaded floor plans?

Brikon uses them to run your projects. You can contact us to request deletion.

What does Brikon cost?

Access is free during beta. Future pricing has not been announced.

What does beta access include?

An account for your own floor plates and layouts. We onboard teams gradually and continue improving the product during beta.
